CONTENTS: 2 CAPSULES PER Pack (200mg and 400mg strength)
DOSAGE: Small build or 1st time users try 1 (100mg) pill, normal dose 1-2 (100mg) pills or one 200mg pill. Wait 2 hours between doses. Do not exceed 2 doses per week. Drink plenty of water. Do not mix with any medicines or drugs. Ladies we highly recommend you take only 1 pill at a time. Effects may last up to eight hours.
It is recommended that you drink plenty of water when consuming this product.
